Directions: Add packet contents (52 g) to 7 fluid ounces of hot water (not boiling) and stir until dissolved. May also add powder to cold water and microwave for 1 to 11/2 minutes. More water may be added for desired consistency. DO NOT overheat or overcook. DO NOT mix hot liquids in a blender or shaker bottle.
